Yo’Hood trade-fair stand by Linehouse, Shanghai – China

The timber structure employs a natural material in a gravity-defying linear pattern, with mirror-clad vertical columns camouflaging the support system and creating the illusion of transparency and levity. At the same time, one side of the timber slats are painted in a gradation of hues which are only revealed as the viewer’s perspective revolves around the structure.

Behind this surface, isolated from the crowd of the fair where the visitors could meet up with each other, the products and the hosting company; an area that would accommodate a cafe in the middle was designed. The location of carpet exhibition units was planned slightly inwards from the perimeter.

The design with the white slats is inspired by a modern facade of a building. The tables are sleek designed shapes that form a whole with the slats. Key features are the pure lines and durability, accentuated by the led lighting and real moss strips, placed in between the slats.

BeClinic stand by Andrzej Niegrzybowski, Gdynia – Poland

The modules are available in several variants based on the size of the 70×70 cm projection. They can be combined and arranged freely. The off-white harmonizes with natural oak veneer parts of the modules. The combination of these two colours creates a composition suitable for rhythmically spaced bottles and vials with a minimalist design.
