All meeting rooms can be fully transparent or transformed into more intimate and secluded spaces as curtains in various colours surrounds each of them, serving both as an acoustic element and scenery changer of the office space.

The Employee Floor was designed around the notions of discovery and mobility with the work areas laid out organically into neighborhoods around the periphery of the floor. To create a hospitable environment central hubs were created in close proximity to everyone to allow for a space to relax, connect, communicate, and collaborate.

The concrete bones of the old mercantile building provide layered rhythm & texture, juxtaposed with white planes sliding through the light-filled space. New elements & utilities were carefully choreographed to emphasize the monolithic impact of the newly-exposed structure.

The warm colors of orange, yellow, and pink are used in collaborative areas while the blue comes in as a neutral in the work areas. The wood ceiling feature was inspired by the train tracks and works as a wayfinding device unifying the space.
