The combination of the desk and the tree has become the interior landscape of the entire space and also forms an echo with the green outside to reduce the tension in the office. The entire wall of the shelves are unwillingly boring, in a practical framework, resulting in a wave of fluctuations, like a cliff, as the slope.

Avenue Road showroom by Abraham Chan, Vancouver – Canada

Chan and Avenue Road first cleaned up the Toronto space by covering brickwork and mechanical systems, and painting all the walls white. Existing rough wooden beams and columns are left exposed as a contrast to this neutral backdrop, with a series of other industrial-style metalwork providing a reference to the history of the space.

So the wood product is also made with a large amount involving many joinery shops waste lots of wood slab. That made the concept of using small wooden pillars be born. We collected the wood slab, planned and rolled them into many small wooden pillars with same size combining with iron frames to set some kinds of the module.

Lai Yuen Restaurant by ADO, Hong Kong

Light colours and oak materials are used to form the basic tone, creating a bright and homely impression. On the ceiling there are a white wooden carousel and an arched wooden chandelier, preserving elements of the park. Moreover, to provide support and opportunity for local artists, Lai Yuen invited four local illustrators to collaborate in the project, including Lam Pei, Miloza, Kila Cheung and Dirty Paper.

Wood, concrete and black wall casings are the interior’s distinctive elements. Greenery appearing in resting zones and corridors adds life to an austere interior, and a wooden openwork structure in the kitchen creates a truly cozy, café climate. The corporate color appearing in interior furnishings overcomes a subdued climate of the interior.

The first step of the renovation was to pull down walls and install glass partitions. The suspended ceiling grid was converted into an open ceiling, which gave it an industrial look. Paths were created with a concrete structure and the warm wooden colours of the furniture were combined with a fresh green tone to give the space a light, inviting feel.

White, terrazzo and brass are key materials in the interior space. Concise white sets off the structure of brass tube, terrazzo material extended from the ground to the wall waist line. There are curved arc terrazzo on both sides of the entrance, as if both hands stretched out to welcome customers.

Creating a unique space while sustaining the already developed EZO brand, Evonil Architecture improves the detail of the design of the combination between the classical interior design and Japanese interior design blend into one strong, original, and unique ‘twist’ of interior design, emphasizing the usage of blue pastel finish to upscale the feminine feel.

Vinoteca wine store by Zooco Estudio, Vallaloid – Spain

The design is characterized by a series of wooden arches which evoke ancient underground cellars. The architects employed the arch to serve as a central motif throughout the design, alluding to wooden barrels of wine cellars, bottles of wine, and antique vaulted cellars.

Voda bar by Korpus, Moscow – Russia

The ground floor setting at Voda comprises of exposed brick walls, embellished with precision cut-outs filled with architectural forms and objects, a plaster-cast bar with stools accompanied by a large table, a dark wooden ledge that subtly runs along one side of the room, and last but not least, a limestone-covered staircase whose robust spatial features amplify the visual drama. Upstairs the atmosphere shifts to homey and relaxing with a lounge area to match.

We created the LA inspired ‘Electric’ display to create the perfect backdrop for the vintage pieces. Our team tapped into their Californian roots, and channeled punk rock LA vibes by utilising reclaimed raw wooden palettes, and a cladded concrete effect floor to create an industrial look and feel.

DANDELION CHOCOLATE Kamakura by Puddle, Kamakura – Japan

Following the Kuramae and Ise locations of DANDELION CHOCOLATE, the third shop opened just 1 minute from Kamakura station’s west exit, in a location also known as “ura-eki”. The wooden building was previously a boutique shop for casual wear, and we took on the project to repurpose this building, as well as the surrounding environment.

Edelman Middle East office by Pallavi Dean Interiors, Abu Dhabi – UAE

First, we built three large glass walls that would allow passers-by to see three different areas: the ‘festival space’ with the amphitheatre and café-style seating; the reception area and ‘city loft’ signature meeting space; and the main workspace, with the giant, hand-painted mural of Abu Dhabi. The main door is clear glass within a clear glass wall, accentuating this effect.

Situated right in the middle, in between four massive columns, is a circular bar marked by backlit onyx panels and situated right below a suspended brushstroke sculpture inspired by calligraphy, and which serves as a focal point of the space.

Separate areas are marked off by screens of natural wooden slats which with their lozenge pattern recall garden trellises. The areas are defined while keeping all the perspectives open, both internal and towards the outside through the glass view.
