Spanning an area of 61,000 sq ft across four levels, the works included the delivery of an open plan office designed to maximise daylight exposure throughout the space, 26 meeting areas built with a high standard of acoustic performance in mind, a main reception, business lounge and a café with an adjacent meeting suite.

Visible from afar, the tower’s irregular geometry follows a structural logic. ‘The tower is built from large-span concrete beams that alternate in orientation from level to level, creating an alternating open/closed pattern on each façade,’ says OMA. ‘These beams are tied to a slender concrete core which contains all the services and circulation.’

Inside the restaurant has been completed almost entirely in dark grey terrazzo with oversized white aggregate, which the architects used to create an “extreme visual experience”.

Strips of this are stretched vertically to reveal hints of the base fabric color overflow from the shadow of the folds, creating a beautiful visual effect. The installation focuses on this feature of the textile.

Unique indoor design could be found in each guests room, while giving guests great sense of privacy, it shows the beauty of new oriental Zen. One of the buildings keep the original Tibetan structure, and local Tibetan elements are added to its architectural and interior design.

Now full of light and space, Candlefox HQ is a delight to work in. The goal of the project was to provide lots of light, develop bold identity in representation of the brand, and create a fun and flexible space fit for an individual or group of people.

As a core of the design, the ceiling has gray and white colors.

Scenography designed by Hervé Sauvage plays up the graphic symbol of the square with rolls of paper drawn by hand that act as a background to the objects.
