The 26,000 square foot space is outfitted with collaborative spaces, a main board room and enclosed brainstorming white box spaces. The 28th floor incorporates elements of a progressive workplace and highlights a unique combination of open workspace, closed and open collaboration and executive offices.

Each floor features an open workspace that is broken up by higher benches that allow for collaboration. Additionally, on each floor there are color coded huddle booths which feature whiteboard walls, phones and privacy booths.

Benching is utilized throughout the space, allowing for constant collaboration. Additionally, a centrally located cafe and lounge seating area is found on the 4th floor, also known as The Hub.

Reclaimed wood flooring was used to visually connect the space: starting with the transaction top of the reception desk (with integrated back lit logo), to the wall in the seating area, surrounding the inset carpet in the conference rooms, and continuing into the “Octapen” which is separated from the seating areas by glass doors.
