The approximately 550 sqm ground floor is the “Belle Etage” of the venerous store in the heart of Colognes city center. It reflects the competence of Ortloff for high-quality writing instruments and paper products. The modernization was preceded by an intensive analysis of strategic positioning, including a new concept store area with a spectacular connection to the open store front with a lifestyle-oriented array of curated design accessories.

Toscana take away branding by Luminous Design Group

Drawing inspiration from the Italian region itself and in order to emphasise on the authenticity of its traditional flavour, we designed the logo based on the clear geometric forms that the raw materials the restaurant’s kitchen uses, as they’re composed to create the form of a horse with feathers as a reference to the typical Tuscan region’s coat of arms.

Our role was to develop a new visual identity, consistent enough to embrace very diverse subjects. For this, a new brand was created, joining the names of the two profiles.
