The big wall on the left is covered with a raw oak wood panels: the lines are strong and classical but the whole figure is inclined, so the lines are parallel but not perpendicular to the pavement. When they meet a big window that overlooks the kitchen, they are substituted by the esthetic steel stripes on the glass.

The main element is the bar counter in afrormosia wood finishing equipped with transparent square display cases enhancing the food products. The space is designed for tasting Italian specialities overlooking the food preparation; the menu proposals are also available as product packaged ready to take away.

The first objective was to preserve the atmosphere of the past, through a careful restoration of the late Renaissance structure, characterized by towering arches of the eighteenth century reinforcement. Two large rooms that are accessed from the original windows of the time, facing directly on Piazza Capranica: a huge wooden counter and red Verona marble surrounded by stools, oak tables and leather chairs.
