Avoiding discrimination, the building is a link between both urban and rural worlds. It gets closer to the village through the outer space that was designed as an extension of the building. There are shady and wooded areas to stay, where the occupants can expand. It invites people to travel in it. On the top, a grandstand directs the views to the rural world.

In the process of restoring the buildings we have applied the principles of Bio-architecture. Over 50% of our energy comes from renewable energy such as sun and wood.

The owners put a big emphasis on organic products and sustainability. Their frozen yoghurt is made of organic yoghurt and organic milk, most of the cereals are also organic and the bread for the Haps is organic as well. They use renewable energy for the electricity and organic cotton for the staff uniforms.
