Starting from the lobby, where you feel you have just walked into a real art gallery, with attention paid to every detail. The desk at the entrance is reminiscent of an off-scale Tibetan cabinet, while the yellow mosaic bench, together with the wall graphics, contrast with the neutral tones of the room to create an effect of warm minimalism.

Honouring this we retaining as many period features as possible to work harmoniously with contemporary elements. Finishes were chosen to create a calm and peaceful space. A green wallpaper mural wraps around two walls in the reception. In the same hue, handmade green tiles clad the counter. Calm pinks, wicker and warm timbers were selected to compliment and add softness.

The warm colors of orange, yellow, and pink are used in collaborative areas while the blue comes in as a neutral in the work areas. The wood ceiling feature was inspired by the train tracks and works as a wayfinding device unifying the space.

Favor employees helped to hand select and design every piece of furniture and fixture in the office, while music fills the common areas with an employee controlled Spotify playlist. Employee feedback was further incorporated into the office design, with an abundance of whiteboard walls and breakout areas throughout the office to encourage open collaboration.
