The careful selection of materials and elements, like mosaic on most of the surfaces, metal, wood and velvet, has led to a good result. Furniture and special constructions were designed by our office team specifically for this project, highlighting the unique design mindset. Decorative lights with unique design and coloring, have completed the special atmosphere we wanted to give to “Queen”.

Philipp Plein pop-up store by Claudio Pironi, Paris – France

The space is set in a spectacular setting where exposed pipes create an industrial atmosphere in total contrast with the luxury of the objects and materials used in the other stores of the brand such as black marble, white for the panels that cover the walls, the chandelier in Swarovski crystal, to give guests an almost displacement effect.

TERMINAL 7 club Rhizomatic Grid by Estudio Guto Requena, Paris – France

The structure was designed using parametric modeling (computer generated form) that simulates the growth of trees. The result is a rhizomatic grid that shelters visitors within. This metallic grid is illuminated with the endless combinations of colors and optical effect of LED lights allowing flexibility of use that transforms the space according to different needs.

Brillen Müller store by Heikaus, Wittlich – Germany

The optician’s area uses the colour magenta, while hearing acoustics is kept in teal – taken from the colours of the Müller logo. Teal and magenta recessed LED strips interrupt up the curved walls of the examination areas in the rear of the store while offering optimal orientation for customers

OSA designed areas including a drone flight zone, events theatre, gallery and created bespoke play tables. OSA also chose specific materials and colours to ensure that the black products stood out, whilst also ensuring that Wex’s brand identity wasn’t compromised. OSA also specified several sustainable elements, such as flooring constructed from cacao chips and crushed cocoa shells, and LED lighting across the store.

PANDORA Shine by YourStudio, Sydney – Australia

Taken cues from PANDORA’s geometric honeycomb charm design, YourStudio have designed and built an immersive 5 meter high installation called ‘The Hive’ to replicate a working beehive. This includes ‘Humming Hubs’ that incorporate scent and sound, LED light panels that mimic the movement of bees and the Pandora product housed in the scent-infused stigmas of gold-plated flowers to create a genuine multi-sensory experience.

Eclipse, Orion, Aurora and Tidal lighting by Lee Broom

Each of the four designs – named Eclipse, Orion, Aurora and Tidal – utilise LED technology. Eclipse is available as a chandelier, table and wall lamp. All feature polished stainless-steel and acrylic discs, which create a soft diffused light.

The focal point of the entire theme park interior is the giant model of Burj Khalifa hanging upside down from the top ceiling till the floor. 4SPACE started the initial concept sketch with the upside down Burj Khalifa and this was the most thought-provoking part of the entire project.

The great commercial success of the Speers suspension lamps has led the manufacturer, B.lux, to expand its collection to include wall and floor versions. They all share the same 11-centimetre diameter mini-shade and LED technology, since they feature a high output LED that includes a glass lens to focus the light and magnify the light output.

Harsh conditions also entail raw materials. After dismantling the existing suspended ceiling, a raw reinforced concrete ceiling appeared. We decided to leave it in the same condition with all the holes caused by slings, scratched paint and cracks.
