Instead of generic outdoor arrangements, the Taco Bell design team took things to the next level and separated the alley space into several clusters to cater to different group sizes and dining habits, such as including a one sided bench where individuals can sit casually or where small groups can hang out and socialize.

Nexus Underwriting Offices by Peldon Rose, London – UK

Working in such an impressive and historic building meant we could design a space that went beyond the usual confines of an office space. The concepts were inspired by large gallery spaces, warehouses and industrial spaces and the high ceilings meant that we could create something bespoke and take a more architectural approach.

A unique shoe presentation has been created across 240 m² where once the aristocratic elite stayed – artists and scientists from Emperor Franz Joseph to Arthur Schnitzler and Romy Schneider. It not only preserves the tradition of both establishments, but also translates it into the modern age at the same time.

Historic site transformed into luxury hotel by BLINK Design Group, Shanghai – China

Created by Jaya Interior Design and completed by BLINK Design Group, who recently acquired the Jaya interiors team, the directive was to create an ultra-luxury property while preserving the architectural heritage and character of the historic site.

Collaborative office space made of a Historical Belgian Chapel by Klaarchitectuur, Belgium

The design intervention features public spaces and stacked volumes containing work settings, opening the historic building to the wider public for a range of events. The design strategy included maintaining a large open space at the heart of the old chapel.

ZARA Flagship store by Matteo Thun + Partners, Milan – Italy

The concept for the entrance installation has been designed as a timeless flexible tool for giving the different frequently collections attractive stages throughout the year. Before ZARA selected the beautiful 4.000 sqm space from the thirties and converted it into the ZARA Flagship store in Milan, the building hosted a theatre and later the “Astra” Cinema for many years.

EME Catedral Hotel by Juan Pedro Donaire & Sandra Tarruella & Isabel López, Sevilla – Spain

Resulting from the restoration of 14 Sevillian houses from the 16​ century with a great historic value, the hotel is located inside the true heart of the city of Seville, just a few meters away from the emblematic Giralda and the Cathedral of Santa María Reyes, the biggest gothic temple in the world.
