As for the design itself, we used a neutral base palette with white and wooden brown as dominant shades. This delivers a sense of place and makes the space visually soothing. Certain areas like the meeting room, director’s room, and reception are slightly elevated to break the monotony of space layout.

The request consisted in designing and setting up the new offices for Booking Suite. This, is a company focused in providing IT support to hotels with their online lodging reservations, as well as responding with their program to global brand standards, incorporating local design details that reflect the Chilean identity within the office.

For NOBU’s mexico city restaurant Sordo Madaleno Arquitectos took inspiration from the 4 elements to transform a colonial-style mansion built in 1953 into a contemporary setting – in keeping with the brand’s other locations.

Hasbro offices by Arquint Colombia, Bogota – Colombia

The entire place was devised by the corporative colors and the brand image is around the walls and glasses. The circulation areas are matched by the accents on movement through the floor, while an industrial concept is managed on the ceilings showing the technical installations achieving a taller space and better natural illumination.

21 Cake Headquarters by People’s Architecture Office, Beijing

The design for the headquarters of 21 Cake, a popular gourmet cake franchise, relies on the interaction of the three primary colors: red, yellow and blue. Selected walls of the office, namely those along circulation areas, are made of laminated colored glass. These glass panels are ‘layered’ to create a full spectrum of changing colors.
