The lighting was cut in an angle of 45°, and now it connects each functional space and extends to the vertical surfaces, and the shadow which seems to be projected from the ceiling in discussion area is a kind of such extension. As a core of the design, the ceiling has gray and white colors.

The first and the shorter one is the waiting area, surrounded by a translucent white curtain that separates it from the cutting area. The highest ceiling area is characterized by a golden cylinder with a black velvet curtain/door, nuclear structure where the hair washing function is performed.

The new interior facades surrounding the court harmonise with the church’s existing spatial rhythm. Plastered entirely in white, they do not distract the eye from the original architecture. The result is a peaceful visual effect with a timeless character. This is enhanced by a screed floor and light brass-coloured window frames.

The structure is comprised of two main volumes. Above-ground office section is constructed from load-bearing wooden CLT panels, insulated by a vapor-open sprayed ICYNENE insulation and covered by vertical gardens – living facade. Underground section with acoustical chamber is built out of monolithic concrete.
