Seating areas are organized according to the same principle, with a set of moveable low stools and beach chairs outside being the only furniture besides the hanging wooden swings surrounding the bar, matched indoor by a set of comfortable armchairs and high-stools, surrounding a hanging table/door which can be operated and pulled towards the ceiling to provide more space during a bigger party or event.

The white panels snake and bend about to form the skin of the space, shaping its ceiling, walls, and shelves. Arching across the warm-toned walls, the panels carve out the different heights and layers of different spaces, all diffused under a soft glow to form a cohesive whole.

Cache atelier incorporated movable acoustic screens to gain flexibility and introduced a mixture of flexible meeting and collaboration areas and classic meeting rooms. The overall dark tonality was kept in harmony with the industrial touch of the exposed equipment and installations with colourful popups of furniture and collaboration areas zoning.

The space is divided into two areas, separated by the typical macael marble bar, a must in any Spanish tasca. The area behind the bar reflects the traditional tasca, with decorative objects like bottles, glasses, and tins displayed on wood shelves which reach the ceiling and join the stainless steel and digital screens which are the influence of the fish market.

Breaking the architecture into thirds allowed the building to dictate how the visitors move around the space. A large glass divide splits the built apart, reaching from the floor up into the ceiling and covering the roof – showing the sky really is the limit.

Main branding colour; orange is almost hidden away on the edges of the walls and on meeting room’s ceiling. Implying angle of logo which represent wave into design features; walls, ceiling and pattern help tie all spaces together with one design language.

A series of chevron-shaped zinc panels has been attached to the ceiling and form a canopy of sorts that ties in with the metal shelving, cabinets and other furnishings below. Also to be found here is an interactive kiosk which also allows an immediate overview of the current collection.

There are 2 horizontals – the floor and the ceiling – which are crucial parts of the visual design of the interior. The floor is combined of oak parquets, stained in dark shade and composed in standard tree structure; and white tiling and pavement of the same dimensions, which is interlocked in the wood floor and it passes into heavily used parts of the bistro, including the wall behind the counter.

Directly from the outdoor stairs, first stepping into the light forest on the second floor. Under the soft lighting of the light ceiling, the matte PVC pipe encloses a circular dining hall and two private dining room surrounded by polycarbonate panels. Circular, diffuse lighting, white tones make you losing sense of texture, scale, and direction to this space.

Dimension Data Offices by M Moser Associates, Mumbai – India

An example of how the M Moser team instilled aesthetic expression in the design is the pièce de résistance in the open office area – the innovative ceiling. This was designed using a collage of acoustic ceiling modules in three different shades and sizes. The modules are wrapped above the work area, leaving the corridor ceiling exposed, to create a striking contrast while maintaining a cohesive design theme.
