When you talk about dermatological products you are talking about a line that require not only an space to sell but a frame to display the health and nature that those products are taking to your life. Natural plywood, pastel colors and a boutique environment works as a background to agrupate more than 20 international brands in an space that also works as a test area for the customer translating the limit of buying to a product experience.

Fish Place restaurant by Studio Felipe Villaveces, Bogotá – Colombia

In the main hall, the fresh fish fridge next to the lamps woven with natural fibers, by the Spanish designer Álvaro Catalán de Ocón and the interior tropical vegetation, are part of a set of elements of the fishing culture that transport the consumer to places related to the gastronomic offer of the restaurant.

The center of the office is complimented with a lamp inspired in the database system that at the same time allows to enter the natural illumination from the terrace in top of the lounge.

Blue, green, yellow and red were the colors chosen to fill the different rooms, representing the different hues of the school. Some walls are covered in cushions which can be taken out to allow children to sit on the floor or even construct sculpture-like structures.

The store is defined by the diagonal of the façade by a set of brackets guideline defines the large diagonal identifiable design that takes to the ceiling and to the floor together with the mixture of materials divided into two areas inside the store (a sporting and other urban are brand identity).

The entire place was devised by the corporative colors and the brand image is around the walls and glasses. The circulation areas are matched by the accents on movement through the floor, while an industrial concept is managed on the ceilings showing the technical installations achieving a taller space and better natural illumination.

This functional and operational “shake-up” required the creation of complementary spaces that supported an open office such as a “quiet room”, informal open rooms, a “town hall”, and “high tables”.
