The aim was to create an experiential space where a woman from any walk of life can enter confidently to indulge in her feminine needs, an experience that needed to be fabulous right from the word go. In Selfridges windows, mannequins stand amongst moire rings, which create anoptical illusion as onlook-ers walk by. Product from the collection is highlighted by bespoke-made neon rings, echoing the circular theme of the windows.

In the portrait window, a Skidoo floats above a skyline, attached to a mechanised acrylic ‘balloon’. In its neighbouring window, a block-out vinyl reveals cut-outs that allow pedestrians to peek into the space, drawing in crowds from the street.

We created the LA inspired ‘Electric’ display to create the perfect backdrop for the vintage pieces. Our team tapped into their Californian roots, and channeled punk rock LA vibes by utilising reclaimed raw wooden palettes, and a cladded concrete effect floor to create an industrial look and feel.

To highlight the Lululemon Sweatlife Festival in London, Lucky Fox were approached to create a huge ‘wave’ wall installation in the Regent Street flagship, constructed from rolled up yoga mats. Over 1000 rolled up mats were required, cut to various lengths to engineer the ‘wave’, all weighing over one tonne.

The products are heroed on clusters of black spheres peppered along an existing wedge platform. In a rich variety of textures, huge matte and glossy black balloons nestle amongst flocked hemispheres topped with glossy acrylic.

To ensure each of the graphic panels, which were fixed to a single system channel, aligned correctly, the Unibox design team devised a clever solution that treated the panels like a jigsaw, designing notches that were cut from each panel to join the neighbouring panel.
