The spatial character of different spaces is modified with the use of complementary patterns and textures on the backdrop of stripped surfaces, roughened floor and undulated walls. One such feature is the Eccentric bamboo-wood ceiling complimenting the earthen hues of natural surfaces finishes, which frames an aesthetical visual experience while depicting the idea of eco sensitivity.

First, we built three large glass walls that would allow passers-by to see three different areas: the ‘festival space’ with the amphitheatre and café-style seating; the reception area and ‘city loft’ signature meeting space; and the main workspace, with the giant, hand-painted mural of Abu Dhabi. The main door is clear glass within a clear glass wall, accentuating this effect.

In the «Force» room, the atmosphere is dark, the materials resume the codes of the industrial or docks areas. The lighting is concentrated on the machines while in the room “Mobility” the atmosphere is relax with the use of oak or anatomical patterns.

The warm colors of orange, yellow, and pink are used in collaborative areas while the blue comes in as a neutral in the work areas. The wood ceiling feature was inspired by the train tracks and works as a wayfinding device unifying the space.
