Off-white store, Hong Kong

Hong Kong’s retail landscape is dynamic for a good reason, and its inhabitants’ voracious appetite for fashion has a great deal to do with it. A coveted place for leading brands to set up shop, streetwear brand Off-white first set up shop here little over two years ago, and given its spiraling popularity, the brand has just added a second outlet in the city’s Central district. Flaunting a different aesthetic, the store occupies a lofty 746 sq.ft. unit set across a ground floor and mezzanine level. The space features contrasting architectural elements and colours that punctuate the space.

The ground floor is defined by bare concrete from floor to ceiling, while up the stairs the aesthetic shifts to a colourful palette with mint green velvet curtain and carpeting in the same hue. The ceiling is decorated with interlacing black metal rods to give a spacious impression, and its checkboard pattern creates a contrast with sleek walls and flooring. Golden display units and led lighting add further playfulness to the setting. The new Off-white boutique carries the brand’s full range of men’s and women’s apparel, accessories and shoes.
