A Pèl Ancestral sparkling wine packaging by Pagà Disseny

A Pèl, the first Loxarel sparkling ancestral. This elaboration method is based on stopping the first fermentation. The grape-juice bottles are introduced in the bottle, where the sugars that are left unfermented will finish the fermentation.
